Mia Gaddy

Mia Gaddy is a research associate from Concord, North Carolina. An alumna of UNC Charlotte, Mia graduated in May 2021 with a B.S.B.A. in Management and a minor in economics. In December 2023, she earned a Master of Science in Economics. Mia is passionate about serving her community through insightful research and evaluation. Her hope is to be a light in this space and represent those whose voices may not be heard.

When Mia is not conducting community research, she enjoys cooking new, vibrant meals, playing cozy video games, and spending time with family and friends. She is elated to continue her journey at the Urban Institute, and looks forward to using research to positively impact policy and program decisions in the Charlotte region.
