The UNC Charlotte Urban Institute is collaborating with community partners to collect and analyze data that will be available through the Institute’s interactive Charlotte Regional Indicators Project website, due out Fall 2010. The resulting databank will build on the Institute’s Charlotte Regional Indicators project to address social, economic, and environmental challenges facing our region. Below is our “charter” list of partner agencies. Through this new initiative, the capabilities of all of the partners as well as the community will be strengthened through access to this wealth of shared data and research. New connections between agencies, new funding opportunities, and new and better programs will all be possible through this regional asset. In the coming months, look for on-line data, research and commentary on each partner’s data portal and in our enhanced Charlotte Regional Indicators Project databank and website.
